Necks, Fret-Boards, Headstocks and Backs
Along with the options of customizing the body and pick-guard, we can also address the neck, fret-board, and headstock. This starts by making sure that the back of the neck has a nice well aged tone to it. I then utilize any number of different designs and graphics as fret markers that are consistent with the overall theme. Headstocks will be reshaped in some cases, or customized using color and toning and/or a matching woods species. On occasion these graphic motifs may also find their way to the back of the instrument. Thoughtfully adding the right elements to create a truly one of a kind instrument.
